We publish the new copy after your approval and send you a list of what changed.

The access we need
Once you accept the quote, you add us as an employee in your store with these permissions:

- Pages and menus
Employee accounts depend on your Salla plan. If your store lets you add employees, we work in it as an employee with these permissions only. If it does not, we hand you the work ready to apply, with clear steps. We never ask for your store password or for access to your customers’ data or payments. You can remove our account from your store at any time.
Designing a Salla storefront does not always mean buying a new theme. Many stores need what they already have put in order: homepage elements in an order that leads your customer to the product, menus that reach your categories, and category images at one size. We set up your store on your current theme or a new one, and publish nothing before you approve.
Common questions
Does my store go offline while you work?
No. We work on an unpublished copy of your theme, and your store stays as your customers see it until you approve the new copy.
Does the price include buying the theme?
No. You buy the theme from the Salla theme store, and we set up the storefront on it.
What happens to my products when I change theme?
They stay as they are. Products and orders live in your store, not in the theme; what we rebuild is the storefront, the menus and the settings.
Do you work on any theme?
Yes, on any theme from the Salla theme store, including our own Angel.
Do you guarantee more sales?
No. We arrange the storefront so your customer reaches the product from the homepage; the result also depends on the product, the price and your ads.
How is this different from theme support?
Theme support answers your questions about its settings, and you apply them. In this service we arrange the storefront ourselves, and you review it before it goes live.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Under SAR 1,500 you pay the full amount before we start; otherwise you pay in two equal parts, the first before we start and the second before we publish. Details are in the services terms.
