We work in batches and compare every image with the original to check the product's colour.

We need no access to your store
We work on your photos or your supplier's, so we never enter your store dashboard. We read the image ratio from your live store pages; if you want the images uploaded to your products, order them with the product listing service.
Editing product images for an online store starts with the ratio your theme shows: when the ratio differs, the theme may crop the edges, and when the background changes from product to product, the category page looks untidy. So we unify the background, crop and size across all images and correct the light without changing the product colour.
Common questions
Do you photograph the products?
No. We work on your photos or your supplier's. If you need a shoot, we send you a list of angles and sizes before it.
Does the product's colour change?
No. We only correct light and white balance across the whole image, and compare every image with the original before handover.
What size do you deliver the images in?
At the ratio your theme shows without cropping, plus a square copy for social media.
Do you upload the images to my store?
Yes, if you order the product listing service with it. On its own, this service hands over the images ready to upload.
How many images does each product need?
A main image and a detail image at least. We suggest the right number after seeing your products.
Will all my photos work?
No. A very small or very dark photo cannot match the rest. We review a sample of your photos and tell you, before the quote, which need a new shoot.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Under SAR 1,500 you pay in full before we start. Otherwise you pay in two equal parts: one before we start, one before we hand over the final images. Details are in the services terms.
