We need no access to your store
We hand over the designs as files, so we never enter your store dashboard or your accounts. You or your team post them; if you want us to place the banners in your store, that is part of the storefront design service.
Designing a campaign for an online store is not the same as designing separate posts: your customer sees the ad on your account, then visits your store and finds a banner with the same message. So we design posts, stories and store banners together for each occasion, from Ramadan, Founding Day and National Day to White Friday.
Common questions
Do you post the content on my accounts?
No. We hand over the designs sized for each platform, and you or your team post them.
Do you run paid ads?
No. The designs are ready to use in ads, but running the campaign and its budget is outside the service.
When should I order a Ramadan campaign?
At least 5 weeks before it starts. The reply, the quote and the payment take about a week, execution takes 7 to 10 business days, then the revision rounds.
Do you write the texts?
Yes. We write the headlines and short texts on the designs in Modern Standard Arabic, and an English version can be added. For dialect, send us the texts and we place them on the designs.
Does the campaign include store banners?
Yes. 3 banners in the desktop and mobile sizes your theme asks for. If you need more, ask for an extra banner pack.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Under SAR 1,500 you pay in full before we start. Otherwise you pay in two equal parts: one before we start, one before we hand over the final files. Details are in the services terms.
