What is included

- Free fixes for any defect in our code for 30 days after the request is completed.
What is not included
- Pages the theme cannot change on Salla. We tell you which before you pay.
- Fixing what theme or Salla updates break after the free-fix period. The “Monthly store care” service covers it, or a new quote.
- Conflicts caused by third-party apps.
- Upgrading your Salla plan.

The access we need
Once you accept the quote, you add us as an employee in your store with these permissions:

- Store design: editing the theme and its settings
- Adding custom CSS and JS
Employee accounts depend on your Salla plan. If your store lets you add employees, we work in it as an employee with these permissions only. If it does not, we hand you the work ready to apply, with clear steps. We never ask for your store password or for access to your customers’ data or payments. You can remove our account from your store at any time.
Before you look for code, look for the option in your theme's settings. If it is not there, a CSS change that alters the look, such as the product card or a badge on it, or a JS feature that adds behaviour, such as a filter or a calculator, may solve it. We write the code for your Salla store, test it before it goes live, and leave you a note on where it lives.
Common questions
Do the changes need a specific Salla plan?
Yes. Salla allows custom code on certain plans, for a store with its own domain. We check your store before you pay.
What happens when the theme updates?
A major update may affect the code. We fix any defect in our code for 30 days after the request is completed; after that, under “Monthly store care” or a new quote.
Do you change the checkout page?
No. Salla runs the checkout page and the theme cannot change it. Before you pay, we tell you what can be changed on the product page and the cart.
Do I own the code?
We set out who owns the code in the quote, before you accept it, and the code we write for your store stays inside your theme.
How do I know the change will not break anything?
We write it on an unpublished copy of your theme, test it on phone and desktop, and publish it only after you approve.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Under SAR 1,500 you pay the full amount before we start; otherwise you pay in two equal parts, and we put the final code into your theme once the second arrives. Details are in the services terms.
