What is included
- A proposed category tree for your products, which you approve before entry.
- Options with a price and quantity for each option, as in your sheet.
- Images uploaded in the order you send them.

What is not included
- Photographing products or editing their images.
- Setting prices. We enter your prices as you send them.
- Syncing stock with systems outside Salla.

We agree the categories
We send the proposed category tree; you approve or change it before entry.
We add the products
We add each product with its options and images, and check the price and quantity of every option.
You get the final sheet
You receive a list of every product we added, so you can review your store and tell us about any mistake.

The access we need
Once you accept the quote, you add us as an employee in your store with these permissions:

Employee accounts depend on your Salla plan. If your store lets you add employees, we work in it as an employee with these permissions only. If it does not, we hand you the work ready to apply, with clear steps. We never ask for your store password or for access to your customers’ data or payments. You can remove our account from your store at any time.
Adding products to a Salla store takes time once options and images pile up. We add your products from your sheet or the supplier’s website, check the price and quantity of every option, and hand you a list of everything we added.
Common questions
Do you write product descriptions?
Yes, if you choose it in your request. We write them in Modern Standard Arabic from the product data you send.
What format should I send the data in?
Send an Excel or Google Sheets file, or the supplier’s website link. If you need a template to fill in, we send one after you accept the quote.
Do you add size and colour options?
Yes, with a price and quantity for each option, as in your sheet.
How do I check the entry is right?
Review the final sheet we hand you with every product we added. We fix any entry error free within 14 days of completion.
Do you change my prices?
No. We enter prices as you send them.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Under SAR 1,500 you pay in full before we start. Otherwise you pay in two equal parts: one before we start, one before handover. Details are in the services terms.
