The access we need
Create your Salla store; once you accept the quote, you add us to it as an employee with these permissions:
Permissions needed
- Products: adding and editing them
- Categories
- Store design: editing the theme and its settings
- Pages and menus
Employee accounts depend on your Salla plan. If your store lets you add employees, we work in it as an employee with these permissions only. If it does not, we hand you the work ready to apply, with clear steps. We never ask for your store password or for access to your customers’ data or payments. You can remove our account from your store at any time.

Common questions
Does Salla move stores for free?
Yes, for some stores, on terms Salla sets and publishes. Before the quote we tell you whether your store seems to meet them; the decision is Salla’s.
Do my customers and orders move?
Not through us. We never handle your customers’ data or orders; moving them stays with you.
Will my Google visibility be affected?
It may be, for a while. That is why we prepare a list of old and new links to reduce the impact.
Does my old store stop?
No. It keeps running until you open your store on Salla.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes, if your Salla plan allows a custom domain. We explain the steps to connect it, and you transfer it from your account with your domain provider.
Do you fix mistakes after opening?
Yes. We fix any data error from the move free within 14 days of completion.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Under SAR 1,500 you pay in full before we start. Otherwise you pay in two equal parts: one before we start, one before your store opens on Salla. Details are in the services terms.
