- Your Salla plan subscription.
- Writing content and photographing products.
- Apps and their subscriptions.
- Maintenance after the care period, through the “Monthly store care” service or a fixed monthly fee set in the quote.

Get to know your brand
Two sessions to understand your brand, your customers, and the pages and elements your store needs.
Design the pages
We design the pages for phone and desktop; you review each group of pages and ask for its changes.
Build the theme
We build the theme on the design you approved, and fix what comes up during the build within scope.
Test and publish
We test the theme on phone and desktop, then publish it on your store once you approve.
Care after launch
We look after the theme for 60 days after launch and fix any defect in it, except what later Salla updates cause.

The access we need
Once you accept the quote, you add us as an employee in your store with these permissions:
Permissions needed
- Store design: editing the theme and its settings
- Pages and menus
Employee accounts depend on your Salla plan. If your store lets you add employees, we work in it as an employee with these permissions only. If it does not, we hand you the work ready to apply, with clear steps. We never ask for your store password or for access to your customers’ data or payments. You can remove our account from your store at any time.
A custom theme is designed for one store: its pages and elements come from your brand's identity and the way you show your products, not from the options of a ready-made theme. We design a custom theme for your Salla store, build and test it, then publish it once you approve and look after it after launch.
Common questions
When do I need a custom theme?
When you need pages or elements made for your brand that your theme does not have. If all you want is your storefront put in order, the “Storefront design on your theme” service is closer to what you need.
How is the price set?
Once we understand the pages and elements you need, we send you a written quote with the final price, the stages and the timeline. We do not start before you accept it.
How long does the project take?
6 to 10 weeks, depending on the number of pages and elements.
Does my store need a specific Salla plan?
Yes. Installing a private theme is available on certain Salla plans, and we check yours before we quote.
What happens after the care period?
You choose how the theme is maintained: the “Monthly store care” service, or a fixed monthly fee set in the quote.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Under SAR 1,500 you pay the full amount before we start; otherwise you pay in two equal parts, the first before we start and the second before the theme goes live. Details are in the services terms.
