What to include in your message
- Your store's link, and the link to the page where the problem appears.
- What you did before the problem appeared, and the names of the settings you changed, as they appear on the theme customization page.
- Your device and browser, such as an iPhone with Safari, or a computer with Chrome.
- A screenshot if you can.
